Found my style!

After a long search and experimenting with a lot of media, I have finally found the style I was looking for :) 

I have decided that ballpoint pens are for me, and that I will continue to make a series of ballpoint pen drawings in the future. I'm going to build up my portfolio and eventually have all of my work have a unique and consistent style. And also, I'm going to eventually take my other art off of my portfolio. 

I know I said that I'm not going to pursue art as my main career... and while that is still true, I do want to have it on the side. If it ever turns into my main career, then I would be more than excited! But for now, I am focusing on it as a side project. 

I feel pretty inspired and motivated to have a more complete and consistent portfolio :)

New drawing! Woot Woot! 

I drew this with ballpoint pens on linen textured cardstock. 8x10 inches. 

I can't seem to get the colours properly onto the computer screen. It's more neon looking than it looks... le sigh. 

New Etsy Shop!

I am currently in the process of adding new items to my shop on Etsy! I opened the shop a long time ago, but never really used it much. But now I am determined to have a successful shop! 

I need to find a place to print my artwork so that I can sell prints in the shop. I know that people can't afford original art work, so making my work more affordable to people would be ideal. 

Anyways, I really need to make this work! It would be so awesome if this takes off. With enough persistence and hard work, I'm sure that I will be able to do so!
